- Choose Hidden files and folders option
- Click on Show Hidden files and folders option
- Choose Apply
- Click OK
- Make sure the protected operating system files are displayed. To do so:

- Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files box
- Choose Apply
- Click OK
- Go to msi file
- Right-click on it
- Choose Rename
- Add .OLD at the end of the file name
- Click Enter

- Apply the Registry repair tool
- This will repair the invalid entries in the Windows Registry

- Undo the Recent System Changes
